Introduction
Mockup Ltd. is a family-owned company, with members Bálint Szabó and Máté Szabó.
Our father, József Szabó began making architectural models in the early 1990s. Based on what we learned from him, we founded Mockup Ltd. in 2010. We combine high-quality craftsmanship with modern technical knowledge and tools. In addition to conventional machines – precision circular saws, band saws, grinders – we now use a CNC milling machine, foam and foil cutting machine, and a 3D printer. We use modern LED technology to illuminate our models. Our works are mainly made of plastic, but we also use new and special materials. We work with wood, metal and resin.
With over 25 years of experience and nearly a thousand models from palm-sized to room-size, models with moving parts, placed underwater, or filled with water – we can build almost anything.
Our works have participated in many Hungarian and international exhibitions (Budapest Housing Fair, MIPIM, MAPIC).
